A Note To Our Guests

Planters Inn is currently undergoing a thoughtful renovation that will preserve the timeless charm and character that have defined the hotel for generations, while introducing reimagined accommodations and gathering spaces throughout the property.

Our lobby has been temporarily relocated to the Charleston Room. Upon arrival, our team will be there to greet you and assist with luggage. There will be signage to direct you to the Charleston Room in the event they have momentarily stepped away.

Our acclaimed restaurant, Peninsula Grill, remains open for dinner until August 31, continuing to welcome guests with the Lowcountry cuisine and warm hospitality it is known for. However, breakfast service has been temporarily moved to Benne's during the renovation.

You may notice occasional construction activity during your stay. We've taken care to minimize any disruption, and we thank you for your patience as we bring this next chapter to life.
