Where are you located?
Planters Inn is located at 112 North Market Street, Charleston, South Carolina, 29401. We are situated at the corner of Market & Meeting Streets in the French Quarter of downtown Charleston.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Private airport transfers can be arranged throughout our Concierge or Front Desk
What time is check in and check out?
Our guaranteed check in time is 4:00 P.M., and our check out time is 12:00 P.M.
Can I check in earlier and is there a fee?
We are always happy to check you in earlier than 4:00 P.M. If we have a room that is available, we do not charge fees for early check-in.
Is late check out available and is there a fee?
We allow a late check out pending availability for a fee.
Do you have valet and/or on site parking?
We have Valet Parking on site, please arrive via North Market Street to our Front Door
Do you have laundry service?
We partner with a third party service for our Laundry Service and they provide same day laundry for laundry received before 8:00AM and next day service for laundry received after 8:00AM from Monday to Friday.
Do you allow pets?
We are unfortunately not a pet friendly hotel
What is your deposit policy?
A deposit equal to the first nights’ accommodation and tax is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance of reservation due at 72 hours prior to arrival. ***restriction might apply to some rates****
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your reservation outside of 72 hours prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of your entire stay. If you have booked an Advance Purchase Rate, it is non-changeable and non-refundable at the time of purchase.
Are all of your rooms & suites non-smoking?
Yes. We do not allow smoking in any of our rooms or suites.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and featuring handcrafted coffee drinks, cocktails and more.
Do you charge an occupancy fee?
An occupancy fee of 5% of room rate (plus applicable taxes) will be applied to all reservations. This fee is in addition to the room rate per night. This fee is intended to offset expenses and lend support to the destination’s infrastructure, employee benefits and subsidies for public transportation.
