Proprietor’s Suite
Representing the ultimate in luxury, the Proprietor’s Suite is the largest and finest of our accommodations. The bedroom features a handmade four poster king bed, and also offers a spectacular view of the historic City Market. The Italian marble master bath offers a glass shower and a separate jetted tub. The living area is furnished with a complete living room ensemble in soft suede, a small breakfast nook, a wet bar and windows overlooking the Inn's lush courtyard garden. A half-bath is also adjacent to the living room. Ten-foot ceilings, sea grass carpet, period furnishings, and original art complete one of the most preferred hotel suites in Charleston.

Governor’s Suite

This spacious two-room suite offers a handmade four poster king bed, a spacious Italian marble bath, and a separate living area featuring a full living room ensemble with a sleeper sofa, as well as a gas fireplace.

- All of our King Governor’s suites overlook historic Meeting Street. Our Double Queen Governor’s Suite offers high windows that ideally illuminate the room. However, there is not a view from the suite
- Two of the Governor’s Suites offer two full baths and two entrances — one of each in the bedroom and the living room
Penthouse King
Enveloped in elegance, the Penthouse King is accented by period antiques and historic reproductions, with 10-foot ceilings that lend an open and residential atmosphere to the room. The bedroom offers a handmade four poster king bed from Baker Furniture's Historic Charleston Collection, a full living room ensemble within the bedroom, a wet bar, and a spacious bath of Italian marble.
